  • Usage Data: We do not track your activity on our site beyond basic analytics (if you have consented to cookies). Our free web‑based tools (like the PDF Merger) process all files entirely in your browser – we never upload or store your files.

  • To create and deliver your license keys.
  • To verify payments (using Razorpay’s secure platform).
  • To respond to your support requests and provide customer service.

All payments are handled securely by Razorpay. When you make a payment, your card details, UPI ID, or bank information are sent directly to Razorpay – we never see or store your financial data.
