Welcome to TradeNovaTech. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, software, and services. By accessing or using any part of TradeNovaTech, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

  • “Website” – refers to TradeNovaTech and all its associated pages.
  • “Software” – any desktop application, tool, or utility provided on this Website.
  • “Free Tools” – software that may be used without payment.
  • “Paid Tools” – software that requires a one‑time payment for a license.
  • “License Key” – a unique encrypted file that unlocks the full features of a paid tool on a specific machine.
  • “Machine ID” – a unique hardware identifier derived from your computer.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account (if applicable), downloading any software, or making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

3. Free Tools

Free Tools are provided “as is” without any warranty. You may download and use them free of charge for any lawful purpose. We do not require a license key for free tools, but they may contain limited functionality compared to their paid counterparts.

4. Paid Tools and License Grant

When you purchase a paid tool, you make a **one‑time payment** and receive a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, perpetual license to use that specific version of the software on a single machine, identified by your Machine ID. The license key is encrypted and tied to your Machine ID; it cannot be used on another computer without a new license.

You agree not to:

  • Share, distribute, or resell your license key.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
  • Use the software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Trial Period

For paid tools, we offer a trial period of 1–3 days from the first time you run the software. During this trial, you may evaluate the full features of the tool. After the trial expires, a valid license key is required to continue using the software. You are not charged during the trial period; payment is only required after the trial if you wish to continue.

6. Payment and No Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay’s terms. Since you have a trial period to fully evaluate the software before purchase, **all sales are final and no refunds will be issued** after payment is completed.

7. User Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Machine ID and license key. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when contacting support or making a purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, content, and materials provided by TradeNovaTech are the intellectual property of the Website or its licensors. You are granted no rights other than those explicitly stated in these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR‑FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRADENOVATECH BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SOFTWARE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TradeNovaTech and its operators from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the software.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
